Jewellery Repair:

Our in-store goldsmith has been repairing and making jewellery for more than 20 years.
Our services include sizing, gem setting, retipping, polishing, refinishing, plating, and re-stringing pearls. We have a laser welder that allows us to do jewellery repairs that were previously impossible with conventional techniques. This laser is capable of welding eye glass frames and other small metal items.

Custom Design:

Looking to have a one of a kind or custom piece of jewellery made, or maybe a band to match your engagement ring? At Johnson Jewellers our staff will help you to create the custom piece of jewellery that will reflect your personality and style. If you have any old items or gems, we can help transform them into your families next heirloom.

Insurance Replacement:

The process can be difficult as there is an emotional and sentimental aspect to having to replace jewellery. Let one of our staff work with you and your insurance company to help with your claim. Having all your appraisals, receipts, pictures and a list of all the items will help make the process smooth.

Watch Service:

We offer minor repair to your watch such as battery changes, link adjustments and replacing bands. We service all the brands we sell and our watch maker can service most other brands including many luxury brands.

Appraisals:

We have an independent appraiser to evaluate your jewellery.

BUYING GOLD OR DIAMONDS

GOLD:

We will buy diamonds over .10pts. If your jewellery has many small diamonds we can accept the piece but we will not be able to pay you for the small diamonds only the value of the gold.
